​Good News Electric is proud to have contributed to the electrical construction of The Study at Johns Hopkins, a boutique hotel situated at the intersection of North Charles and East 33rd Streets in Baltimore, Maryland. This 10-story, 115-room hotel, which began welcoming guests in late October 2023, is the first and only hotel located directly on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus. Our team ensured that the electrical systems were meticulously installed to meet the specific requirements of this adaptive reuse project, transforming the century-old Blackstone Apartments into a modern and efficient hospitality space. The hotel's amenities include the Dear Charles restaurant, multiple conference rooms, and a fitness center. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship contributed to creating a welcoming environment for guests, students, and the surrounding community.
